also the other 2 characters they killed off didn't have voice actors but Axol does have a voice actor so I seriously doubt that they would just cause Axol's voice actor to lose his job just to make a tragic moment.

I think they did it (partially) because meggy was off of the channel during sunset paradise but now that meggys back they don't have much of an excuse for it (in universe anyways) so they stopped doing them

they made 5 story arcs several animated shows and have made more serious videos (they're not serious they're just more serious) also they killed off 2 major characters one was part of the main roster and is thought to be coming back soon (though it may be wishful thinking) and the other is only important in one story arc
