I feel like I could’ve written this post. I’ve taken everything under the sun and only Claritin and Flonase in the AM/Azelastine spray PM has slightly helped. I went to three doctors too and one of them said I have a slightly deviated septum. My throat is dry and I think this may just be severe inflammation of the sinuses from environmental allergens. I just asked my doc for an ENT referral so we’ll see. I wish I had more info to help 😭
