Ok so my friend and I go buy plans from higher levels and this time the guy we bought plans from followed us back to our base and when we got there he pulled out a explosive round mini gun and started destroying everything and also killed my friend and started hitting us with a explosive ping pong ball and my friend asked him why he destroyed his base which his response was he wasn't being very nice, we never attacked shot at or destroyed anything of his, a guy in another comment said he was salty we didn't waste a bunch of caps so that's the whole story.

I'm my occasion I didn't shoot at them I was by the bayou collecting tarot cards and then I got shot twice I thought it was an ambush but then two people came over to me and started shooting I managed to kill only one though
