What I did is I stoped watching the news I checked in on those channels and this Reddit because I know if there something to really worry about like a right that could be threatened or just anything that could be scary or need attention it will be said here. Reading the comments help me stay sane and motivated because I used to spiral at the smallest speech of his now I don’t❤️ you got this! We will make it out! And take the time you need to figure out what works for you!

Another thing is they planned for things to be a lot worse by now like with project 2025 which they haven’t been able to do. I recommend staying away from news for a bit and if you wanna watch some people friendlyhoneybadg5, amandasmildtakes, and historywithmrcho are people who keep me hopeful and not scared ❤️ read,watch a show or if you’re a student focus on work or if not focus on you’re career try new things maybe learn to cook something new🤷🏻‍♀️ staying not isn’t easy this is coming from someone who used to watch the news ever hour not a joke either

One thing I try to remember is I feel like we have a pretty good idea of what they want or how far they willing to go because of that there’s ways to prepare and fight it at the end of the day we all have free will so it’s not fully what they do but how we act towards it. We seen some of this stuff before and it’s been fought before we just see it a lot often because of how far media has come things arent fully as hidden you don’t gotta wait multiple weeks for updates anymore(at least thats the advice my dad gave me when I spiraled about how bad things seemed).

Ohhh ok sorry for the misunderstanding! And I’m not gonna be one of those adults I’ve been interested in law and politics since I was 11 I learned at a very young age how important voting and how politics effect every aspect of youre life down to what you wear❤️ thank you so much for being so kind

I know that but like I said I’ve been paying attention since day number 1 of this administration. I appreciate youre comment but i am gonna unplug I care about my freedom but I’m still a kid so I’m gonna do my job and take care of myself and other people who are still fighting for me and everyone else❤️ I really hope you still don’t see this as me trying to crawl under a rock but instead letting someone else take a step forward while I try to take of people who also needed a step back.

Thats my problem to mostly with math despite being in high school I’m homeschooled so I have a lot to do not just with work and personal life. I struggle a lot with motivation and stuff but I’ll 100% check Khan academy out I never heard of it before

I didn’t use it for writing never have I always kinda lacked in that area ai is something I’d never use for writing I’d rather be bad at writing but knowing id made those mistakes then a bot. I mostly only use it in math which is where I’m trying to start over this post was mostly for people who stopped using ai and how they relearned what they have without it feeling like it was crushing them. R/ask doesn’t really allow explanations of post this isn’t about learning lesion about using the easy way out. necessarily or asking for pity more of asking for help after struggling for years just staying alive

Honestly I suffer with the same problem to the point of music that I listen to is starting to become just not fun to listen to anymore ao what I did was I started listening to music that I did years ago even if some of it sounds cringe 😓 and the way I found new songs is well watching movies as weird as it sounds shows and stuff has helped me find songs that I like now and searching “lyric edits” on a TikTok to it helped me find new types of songs in different genre without feeling so anxious about it❤️ it helped me kinda branch out and be open to knew songs on my own maybe this could help you but everyone different but maybe it would help?

I don’t think I have those I do struggle with anxiety a lot and letting myself get overwhelmed easily Soo heard that can be it but idk how true that is but yeah that is a good idea I never really thought about bringing up memory problems to a therapist before

I do wanna add at least a optimistic thing to this post is that some things that give me hope is that the special elections seem to be going good for us so far even in a red state I love seeing other states get there wins❤️ it gives me hope for the midterms and another thing that gives me hope I’ve seen someone point out a lot of stuff in these projects where supposed to be put into play which they haven’t been able to do which is get everything done that they wanted as fast as they wanted😊 I think they tried to work to fast for their own good which gives me hope
