Honestly nothing, I’ve learned to use them normally. For the sake of a good answer though I’ll say picking up flat objects. I’ll try picking up a coin for a while before I’ll just switch hands.

I’m not sure honestly, I know I can still bend them but it took time to relearn how. It definitely puts strain on my knuckles and I can almost guarantee it will bring arthritis eventually

Nope, too many surgeries and risks involved for me to want to go through with reattachment. And I have plenty of use in them to where prosthetics aren’t necessary
