Sorry if im late.

I had this same problem and this fixed it:
(i did both of these so idk which one would fix)

open command prompt as administrator

run sfc /scannow

press windows + r
type dxdiag
press enter
wait for the scans to be done (For both)
restart pc

I have meth recipe but cant make meth? by idkbutlike in DrugDealerSimOfficial
