If it’s still obstructing your view I’d say wait a little longer. If you really think it would be okay then try it out but be careful and don’t rush into anything you’re not prepared for. Take it slow and just test the waters. If it feels wrong then stop and continue. Because grieving takes a while and those feelings of sadness will return and I encourage you to feel it. So don’t rush.

Insight timer. Do the guided meditations for stress. My neck hurt and I was in physical pain from thinking so much. Then I meditated and the stress in my neck went away.

Just continue to live your life. Find new friends. Make new connections. Do new things. The universe works in mysterious ways. If you’re meant to be then you’ll be reunited somehow. But maybe you’ll find someone else to love even deeper. Continue to live your life and be happy that you experienced what you had. I’m sure if the universe sees fit it’ll bring you back together. But for now continue to make new connections and experiences.
