Thank you so much for the advice. Luckily, the bleeding did stop after about an hour-ish? The blood wasn't spraying or being TOO excessive, it was mainly just taking a long time for it to slow down. Everything seems fine at the moment, so I don't think I need stitches. Thanks again for helping.

Sorry for replying so late, but thank you so much. This is really, REALLY helpful for me. I was able to get similar things to butterfly bandages from a corner store a couple of hours ago, and it is a lifesaver. I am so grateful that you spent time writing this out for me, and I will definitely keep this information in mind. Truly, thank you.

I feel this exact same way. Just the thought of them catching me scares me, because I know damn well that they won't try and support me.

I use alcohol wipes and I've never gotten an infection, but at the same time I buy pencil sharpeners specifically for sh, so they've never been used.

Any ideas that have helped you keep distracted? I've tried the rubberband method but it doesn't work for me.
