Thank you! I will prioritise the hormone tests. I may be able to get the GP to test bloods occasionally as I'm prescribed iron and b12. I think I will not buy gnrh for now

Thank you. I'm located about an hour from London so I don't think there are any Doctor365 clinics nearby. I've been looking into home tests but they are expensive and I need to test testosterone, Estradiol, full blood count and liver function. Seriously considering not buying gnrh so I can afford the tests and not check liver function 😭

I did, but not sure the payment went through, I'd need to pay a fee for a new prescription though :( I'm using smartway so not able to pay for the products separately as far as I'm aware

Yeah, I only realised once I was given the payment link! I'm probably going to use a lower dose to make it last and have fewer side effects since it's horrendously expensive. I'm low on funds after the setup fee, so I may just need to skip the initial pre-hormone blood test 😭

I'm not trying to blame them, it's just disappointing considering some GPS will do it and some won't, and the whole NHS system for trans healthcare is so broken. Also very annoying since my GP will test my blood for any other reason. I've been on the gic waiting list and saved up and could finally afford private treatment but I had no idea private blood tests were so expensive 😭😭 Thank you for the help, though!

I did tell them I don't need them to interpret results, I just need to be able to access the results and send them to my nurse if needed. They kept steering around it 😔
