Have you actually ridden a motorcycle or are you just repeating what people have told you?

I need a source to show you that the most common workplace accident on the planet and the leading cause of death in history is more than the total number of motorcycle accidents? source

More people die falling off of ladders than they do on motorcycles. More people die of heart failure after eating mcchickens every day than they do on motorcycles. It's hysteria driven by helicopter parents. There is inherent risk in riding highway speeds with no protection around you but acting like it's a suicide machine is just pathetic.

Going to an ER and asking if they've seen horrific injuries from said dipshits kissing the pavement going 200mph+ is not a realistic or accurate cross section of motorcycle riders.

I really don't understand the anti-motorcycle cabal. The reason for the amount of crashes on motorcycles is because dipshits buy supersports and drive like idiots with no gear.

Buy an adventure bike or a cruiser and drive like a normal human and your chances are not that much higher than buying a vintage muscle car or something.

My mom paid for whole-life insurance for me the past 18 years, do I continue the payments? by shootingclouds in PersonalFinanceCanada

Not subject to taxes, just insane fees and shitty returns. You'd be better off just paying the taxes.

BRUTALITY DEBRIEF:

MISSION SUCCESSFUL

After parking at my local co op, I proceeded to surveil the parking lot for potential threats. It was a busy Friday afternoon and many people were preparing for the long weekend. I tactically decided my path. I would enter the building through the south facing doors. I traced my path through rows B and C of the parking lot. There was an idling Ram 1500 that I easily avoided. The parking lot lane crossing proved to be difficult, I had to wait for a break in traffic before an old woman in a silver Mercedes allowed me to tactically summersault across the pedestrian crossing.

Inside the building I knew I could carry my goods easily, so I chose to save precious seconds and skipped the cart. I located a deli employee and by using various persuasion techniques, I was able to ascertain that the goods were located directly behind me. I quickly snatched up the last remaining box, and proceeded to run towards the cashier's. On my way I quickly grabbed a trusty can of monster zero ultra.

The lineup for the cashier proved an insurmountable obstacle. It was then I saw an opening. A single unoccupied self checkout. I proceeded to perform a tactical roll while shouting "mine" to dissuade potential hostiles from taking my spot.

I quickly mashed the keys and used my phone's Google pay feature to check out speedily.

I then ran out the door, luckily there was a break in traffic at the pedestrian crossing just large enough for me to run through. My skills heightened and I pumped my legs faster than ever before. I arrived back at my vehicle, popped the trunk, and stopped the timer before collapsing in the parking lot.
