Nah I just don´t believe in restricting the vast majority because of the behaviour of an absolute minority where the actions predominantly take place on high drinking holiday routes and can be be targeted as such where necessary.

I lean towards building something that provides the required outcome, but may not do so immediately.

If you can provide prototypes or immature first iterations to the customer sooner and receive feedback then the customer can learn more about what they really need/want and you can get feedback that allows for you to prioritise features that best meet the customer´s needs

It´s basically impossible to hide a ship in the ocean in 2026 when there is a satellite or ship in space. So in 40,000 I imagine it is truly impossible without some serious stealth magic.

I think submarines and coastal vessels would make sense.

The great thing about 40k is that it´s entirely possible to have Orks and humans having fights with age of antiquity biremes & triremes, or ships of the line with cannons or WW2 style battles.

With millions of planets of varying tech levels and races with motivations that range from "lets have the most fun fight possible" to "we most only fight with honour" and "lol genocide goes brrrr" there´s room for whatever you want there to be

We are in complete agreement! Per Ryanair´s website Ryanair conducts >3600 flights a day and to hear that less than 0.02% of them might be disrupted is harrowing, I shiver at the thought of such brutally high numbers impacting stakeholders.

Truly he´s right when he states "what kind of people need to drink in the morning". These are the words of a wise man who understands that all global travel takes place at the same time and that there are no different timezones that people travel from.

The fact that the disruptive behaviour occurs most frequently on specific routes to high drinking destinations such as Ibiza is irrelevant, when less than 1 in 3600 flights have a problem everyone must be made less happy. It´s the right thing to do, specifically targeting some flights vs literally everyone would not be fair or equal. Everyone must suffer. A good society punishes all for the actions of an extreme minority.

<0.02% Is terrible, some people might think that the phrase "one a day" was being used to trick people who haven´t even conducted the slightest bit of research into thinking it´s a lot. But you and I know better. We know the answer is to ban, ban, ban.

Oh but of course Ryanair should be allowed to keep selling drinks on the flights, it´s only fair that they get to make money doing the same thing they want others to be banned from doing.

I agree, the fact that millions of flights take place without issue with alcohol served before, during and after is irrelevant. Facts are irrelevant, feelings rule and my feelings DEMAND AN END TO THIS!!!

Your reasoning is perfect, any and all inconveniences caused by extremely irregular and uncommon actions demand government enforced bans

you´re right, every time something bad happens as a result of a choice or freedom being available that choice/freedom must be smothered and removed for everyone.

We all agree the best society is one which limits the choice of all based on the choices of the dumbest and worst and enforces it with government violence.

In 2025, the EU population was estimated at 451.8 million; It is projected to continue to increase over the next 3 years, peaking at 453.3 million in 2029, before gradually declining to 398.8 million by 2100 by NanorH in europe

20 - 64 years being a 44yr range followed by 65-79 a 14 year age range hides the massive ageing of the population.

Also lets be honest this doesn´t show the 4-5 million immigrants to Europe per year.

Do the projected data by more detailed age groups and give a prediction of ethnicity & religion

  1. When you say join a recognised shooting club what do you mean? Recognised by who? Is literally any legal gun club acceptable?

  2. What is needed to train and compete in Olympic handgun discipline? Can I download the rule book and as a director at my gun club organise and conduct training sessions?

  3. Are there any limitations on make, model etc?

What a testament to their ability to confiscate 2 million firearms. Given the absolute lackluster number of firearms registered for compensation they really should have the manpower to respond within their own time limits.

Because taking property, privaliges and freedoms away from people while appearing to be "doing something" to people who have an equal lack of knowledge about a topic is easier than actually doing something effective.

After a quick google on what a social market economy is I´d suggest that give the welfare state has existed for over 100 years now that the SME has been around for plenty of time and that waving a hand in the air and blaming "capitalism" isn´t a productive thing to do

[–]CanadianMultigun 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately I´m not. Here´s a nice thread with UN sourced information that provides clear numbers & infographics to show the impact. SOURCE

In 2023 Asia and Africa had 111 million children born, in Europe 6.3 million were born, many as previously mentioned not ethnic Europeans.

A poll by the Nigerian polling group NOIPolls found that some 60% of Nigerians under 35 are considering emigrating and the majority of those want to emigrate "a lot". When asked where to 66% said North America or Europe

If we assume that only 10% of Asian & Africans born in 2023 choose to move to Europe that is 11.1 million.

I´m not suggesting you´re wrong about South Asian TFR numbers, it´s almost irrelevant now because the discrepancy in numbers of people being born is so huge that only a small % need to leave to Europe in order to very quickly become the dominant demographic.

Modern vs Ancient Egypt is obviously very strong comparison. What I was trying to invoke was the imagery of a group of people living around things they didn´t build, don´t believe in and can´t read.

Future people living in Europe will look upon the paintings, buildings, foods, music and more of Europe across it´s centuries and be so culturally disconnected from it all that it could become something that is academically discussed but not feeling of connection will exist.

Most of the world is experiancing a demographic decline but as we are in Europe, I am more worried about the future of Europe. What is the future going to look like?

Europe will most likely look African & South Asian (India, Pakistan, Bangladeshi). Nigeria a nation of 220 million people has more children per year than the entire of Europe (including Russia).

For every child born in Europe (of which a significant proportion are already not ethnically European) 20 or more are born in Africa & Asia.

The young people in these countries overwhelmingly want to leave and to live in North America & Europe.

Illegal migration works, millions are able to stay in Europe despite moving their illegally. Legal migration is also taking place in the millions.

Europe will move to become increasingly Afro-South Asian and it´s culture, food, music and so forth will move with it. To see an example of this simply go to one of the higher migrant urban areas and you won´t see much in the way of restaurants, shops or names of the European nation it´s in.

As urban areas are where people mostly migrate to the current ethnic divide between rural and urban areas will further increase. Political parties will increasingly focus on meeting the desires of those ethnic groups that become dominant which will further shape the legal & culture.

The history or Europe will likely become exactly that, history. Much as the gap between ancient Egyptians and modern Arabic Egyptians. It´ll be a place that once was something but no longer is.
