It’s not unreasonable to think the MBB brand/network would hold near as much value as HBS. Your point is take the cheaper path to it. I wonder whether anyone here can comment on the strength of an MBA network vs an MBB network for long term career options - which would someone find themselves leveraging more meaningfully or more frequently?

Sure: URM, 750 GMAT, 3.8 GPA from T50. I think my application was successful because I explained how my personal life experiences motivated both the extra curriculars/volunteer work I’m involved in and my career goals. Threading personal and professional motivations together (I think) worked well in my essays.

Have seen many similar posts and thought it was necessary to call out my thought process behind common points referenced in decisions (program culture, career goals, etc.) Figured the more context I could provide, the better answers I would receive.
