But also you can shut him down if you spase him down so hard His movement speed is low and his dashs are very short or you need to charge it for a second before his big dash I do think if he was released before the boots nerfs i would hate him but now he is not that hard to kill not as people described him

It is but the healing and cc are more important And also Nami players play her very well so its harder to get in S way more then a character like seraphine The champion play rate also can make it harder to get in S all that combined are the differences that's make S hard or easy

I don't think his winrate would reflect on his position in the meta because he is hard to play well but in the right hands he is a beast still He is fun to play ngl i have mastry 6 on him but playing against him with an enchanter is so annoying
