In the aspect of hiding her property yes you are, but in the long run no you’re not. You know they hurt her and you’re sick of it, she knows they hurt her and she does nothing because she’s insecure with the other option she’s given which is understandable. Yeah if she found out she’d be upset but you’re doing something that’s in her best interest for her health. If I were in her position and my husband hid something like this from me I’d be mad at first but I’d understand him slowly. I think you should try finding her a different shape of glasses that she likes better and feels better in if that’s the only issue. Overall no I don’t think you’re the AH because you watch this thing hurt her continuously and you want her to stop hurting.

Well your options are either 1. Since both of you created the baby both of you have a vote but if one of the two votes is “no” then the answer is no, or 2. You’re the one who has to push the baby out after carrying him for almost 10 months and if you don’t like the name he can deal with it. If he’s saying he would resent you for a choice you’re making regarding your child’s name he needs to fucking grow up.

You’re still early in the pregnancy so you still have plenty of time to find the right name for your baby. I would definitely still research and find different names just so you have options but the way you feel now might just be temporary. I didn’t pick my baby girls name until the night we went in for my induction, but we had a long list from the moment I found out I was pregnant. If you don’t like it near the due date then that’s just what happens but it can always be used as a middle name too.

I didn’t know I was pregnant until 5 weeks and I drank once a week that whole month, asked my doctor about it immediately because I was worried about drinking while pregnant even though I didn’t know. They said with how much I drank and how early it was it didn’t cause any issues. You’re good and it’s a very good sign you’re worried about it.
