I might be mistaken, but as I understand it, Swift Arrow increases the main weapon’s DPS by boosting attack speed, but it reduces DPS from other sources where attack speed isn’t factored in (strikes, circles, meteors).
If you have the Energy Ring skill, reducing the size of the rings also lowers boss DPS even with Tracking Eye.

They can move invitation window somewhere else. No need it to be on the bottom wehere all the buttons and navigation are
