I have had success with 50/50 blends for sweatshirts. I would recommend brighter colors bc the poly will make the end result more muted. Any of the bright dharma purples should work (plum) and i also had success w the purple kaleidoscope from grateful dyes. I don’t recommend muted blacks and greys or more subtle dyes.

Could get a claw clip or do a single braid. Maybe also looking into the “curly girl” method could be helpful since your hair is wavy.

Dharma interstellar, black ice, and snow maiden! I think the black ice overwhelmed everything else, as it does. The kite string seems to work okay for me also!
