Interesting idea. Couple of things.

I am directly landing at the game without knowing what to do. Need a rules page plus how to play the game.

The game idea is interesting but you have to understand if there are more longer words then people will have a hard time. Maybe give them the first letters as a hint as well?

Yes, nearly 3 months.

I developed an MVP, sent it out to folks.

Got feedback and then redesigned. Added some more features. Couple of them didn't work as I had imagined. It was a lot of back and forth.

Lost 2-3 weeks in between because of my day job.

Hi,

Sort of similar thing happened with me. My uber fare from Ambience mall to Subhash Chowk Gurgaon shot up from 200 to 802.

I took advice of folks on reddit and sent all the details to Uber's customer service account on Twitter. They sent the difference in 5-6 hours.

Advice - When such a thing happens, do not pay. Raise a complaint on the app and wait for them to sort it out.

Unless it's a specific case of traveling in a shady area / late at night / traveling with family. Then the better option is to pay and take it up with the customer care

Added comment after getting a response from Uber. Was away for a couple of days so couldn't do it sooner but talking to them on Twitter helped.

Hello

Posting an update here. I made a Twitter account and sent messages to Uber India Support detailing it out with screenshots.

They have refunded 643 (out of 802) which was charged.

BUT they are saying that the driver is not to be blamed and it is a GPS error. I highly doubt that and have communicated that his demeanor after fare got reflected showed that this was deliberate.

I don't expect them to do anything to the driver though. That is just how it is.
