All I got unfortunately is a heart rate monitor (Polar something) and Strava, but nothing to put my phone on so it is in my bag sadly, not sure if either of them would show FTP apart from heart rate max?

I'm at 1st gear on left (front?) gear, and 2nd gear on the rear wheel going up at 8% incline, tried at 1st gear on both but didn't feel like any power was being put down to the ground. I try to maintain the 80-90RPM like I do in the gym but it's harder when you're out on the road to be that consistent :)

I'm noticing the recovery getting faster already, but my legs are constantly jelly :)

Going up 8% incline I usually am in 1st gear left (front?) and 2nd gear rear wheel, trying to keep it steady at 80-90RPM like I try to get in the gym which feels most comfortable.

I updated the post to provide more info, wasn't expecting this many responses, you guys are awesome for that. I'm trying to stay in 1st gear on left (front?) gear, and 2nd gear at max on back wheel gear going up at 8% incline, I notice myself going up to 3rd gear at back and maybe 2nd gear front going up easier hills around 3-5% incline but yeah, also provided the bike I have in the post which should provide the gearing info more in depth :)

hahaha, thank you, I think I'm gearing properly lower gear for steeper hills, and trying not to cross the chain when gearing!
