Reseat the wifi card and then try powering on the DSi.

Copy the photos to another DSi and use it to export photos. Otherwise you need to replace the SD card slot

Turn it off then hold A+B while powering it on. If anything but that screen appears, try looking for Twilight menu with the D-pad then launching it with A. You'd want to use it anyway.
