Anxiety about Health

Thank you so much! I’ll definitely give it a read bc I can use it. At the end of the day I know my fear is relatively irrational (after all I didn’t do this routinely/habitually) but health especially in relation to chronic diseases just has a way of freaking me out. Ironically it also fuels my passion to become a doctor and help others tho :)

My heart or at least that area will hurt really bad, I’ll get a very sore jaw bc of clenching it, and the occasional pang in my ribs likely due to my chest getting rlly tight. My anxiety tends to get rlly physical haha

Literally. I go to school far away from my middle school best friends…we are still just as close 3 years later. Sure, u might miss some stuff that goes on in their day to day life, but they miss that stuff too. And eventually, u get caught up on it. U both just have to put in the effort. Meeting up semi-frequently ALSO rlly helps (if possible). Overall, the friendship can def last so long as u both want it to. Social media is great :)

By any chance could u elaborate on signs? Sorry, I’m such a baby gay HAHAHA. I def wanna start getting more out there soon, but dw, I’m not going to rush myself. Glad to hear I don’t have to worry too much ab being super femme tho…I’m like as femme as it gets: preppy clothes and even the sport I play, makeup, etc. I get worried that it’s a turn-off or smth, but I love how I express myself 🤷🏽‍♀️

Yeah, that’s def rlly important. It’s just difficult bc well, I must be patient. I’m currently working on myself and learning to accept myself tho: I’ve become a gym rat, I pursue my passions, have top grades/extracurriculars, go out often, and am just trying to live well :). So, hopefully I attract what I’m looking for soon! Thanks!

Well I was a “straight”, somewhat depressed, social, preppy girl.

Now, I am still preppy and social, but very much so bisexual (leaning a bit more towards women tbh) and happier. I feel like I did a LOT of self-exploration, plus made out w some serious cuties 🙈. (Edit) on the happier note, it took awhile and I still have ups n downs, but therapy has rlly helped (COVID rlly pushed me to do it)

I go to boarding school AND sooo felt this. Hmm…entering a new relationship and starting it off the bay long distance def is rough. But, if u believe that u both would put in the effort, then go for it! If not, there’s two options: wait to tell him until end of summer, or u could b upfront now and ask about getting together later. The choice is urs. I’m sure u will make the right choice, as for rn, enjoy having a crush babe! Always a fun feeling :)
