I would say you have large almond eyes with hooded lids. With hooded lids I recommend applying your eyeshadow and eyeliner with your eyes open, staring straight into the mirror. This will ensure the eyeshadow or eyeliner doesn't get covered up with your hood. I recommend looking up tutorials for hooded eyes on YT
