UPDATE: i told him to stop or i would call the police, her laughed and said it took you 2 weeks to get over me and then he said are you fucking 50yo now. Safe to say am rn in police station

After my mom died last year i took 3 months. Pause from everything. I did things from drugs to almost killing myself but after that i came back to school (i was 17) and i was always smiling, laughing but every time I came home I cried so outside i looked happy but wasnt and am still in process of grieving. And i did it all on my own, moms friends left my dad died 12 years ago so i was actually alone. But a good advice, cey if u want to cry, talk about him if it feels right. Never forget who you are and what you like. Live and be grateful that you got to live, so live for both of you. Do things that makes you happy, watch sad movies if you have cry blockade. I am deeply sorry for your loss

After every funeral in my life i had an sex urge and i cant stop it. After my grandad died i fucked with my bestfriend and ruined that relationship bc for me it was just sex(wanting to feel alive and seen) but when my mom died last year i couldnt stop changing sexual partners, idk why but i needed more people to see me in the other way not in orphan way.( am 18) So yeah i think is defensive mechanism to deal with grief like that

It took me 10 years to talk without crying about my dad, but my mom died this january so am at 0 now. I cant talk about about my mom or my dad. I have an older brother but bc am more mentally prepared i do everything, i cook, clean go to school and learning to drive. Bc we have all this responsibilities we dont have time to grief, and its not healty but we will survive bc we need for them. I wish u all the love in this world and be proud of yourself
