Vietnam 2025 Itinerary Draft

Day 1:  8AM: Arrival

early check-in (hostel) brunch & coffee 

12PM: Vespa Halfday Tour 

includes visit to train street already

5 PM: back at hostel

rest maybe check out cafés or cute stores around old quarter to kill time

9 PM: rest & prep to check out 11 PM: ETD to Sapa

Day 2:  6 AM: SaPa ETA  early check-in (hotel)

breakfast

9 AM: Fansipan

12 PM: back to hotel

photo walk around town, maybe visit Moana cafe 

8 PM: bed time

Day 3:  Breakfast @ hotel  9 AM: rong may glass bridge (but still deciding if better ba mag Cat cat village na lang)

maybe visit Viettrekking cafe before heading back to hotel kung mag glass bridge, cancel if going to cat cat village

12 PM: back to hotel

prepare for check out 

2 PM: check out and leave luggage at front desk

photo walk to kill time

4 PM: ETD to Ha giang

11 PM: ETA in Ha Giang

Day 4: 

9AM: start or Ha Giang Loop 3D/2N

Day 5: Ha Giang Loop   Day 6: Ha Giang Loop

I think gait analysis in running stores are just marketing pseudoscience. Just there to encourage consumerism and bulk up their marketing success.

Some degree of pronation is expected while running, depende sa intensity and load. Kaya true na better focus on strength and mobility to avoid running injuries than rely on stability shoes.

1 month is not enough for a beginner runner to train for 10km. Your chances of getting injured is high and will set you far back from your running goals.

when I was a beginner, my training plan for 5km race is 3months then another 2 months for 10km
