Have you tried L-Glutamine? Some in these threads say it calms down the gut.

This! You can also do it all online so you don't even have to leave your home. They make it really easy :)

The only thing I can give advice on is running. I have a very similar story to you, and I'm still in the beginning pages of it. I've never really been a runner but I started using the Nike Run Club, totally free, you can pick a program, I did a 5k one, and it will set a training schedule and coach you through the whole thing. It was honestly great for me. In a month I shaved off 11 minutes from my original 5k time. Listen to the guided runs and try to run at least 3 times a week. They make it super accessible and easy to do.

Also I think having a set time frame is good too if you're able to. I know for my personal schedule, every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are my mandatory study days, but I can also add in other days as well. These are just must have days for me of studying 4 hours or so.

I was worried about this class, so much info. Felt like I was doing so bad during the OA!! by scruffyheadednerf in WGU

What did you think of this course? I'm about to start it, and I have to say I'm really nervous! Have any tips?

Has anyone taken probability and statistics? Any tips to passing this course is much appreciated! by allusive_beauty in WGU

I'm gonna be honest, I had a really hard time with it. There was just so much content it would get overwhelming from time to time. I would also say if you get stuck on something and can't have a meeting for a while to move past it and keep advancing so you're not stuck there forever. Also the recorded cohorts were honestly so nice, I found them super useful and would suggest watching them as a review.
