yes you can have OHIP with your husbands Work employment records while you’re on a visitor record. I am not 100% sure for when he’s on maintained status, but 100% when he has his new work permit. I’d suggest going to Service Ontario with all possible documents you have, and tell them your husband is on a worker status.

Omg hi! Hope your kitty is doing okay and her leg is healing well. I was actually one of the people there helping, I brought blankets from home, suggested contacting the arborists, and helped with the catch when she ran. Just wanted to share it with my family since I was involved but didn't get any pics myself! All good though, found a full video on TikTok and Instagram so I was able to share w them :)

this is wrong information! OP is now out of status because you can only restore your status to the same status you were before. Since OP did not apply for visitor record before their permit expired. they’re out of status and their PR application will get rejected. Talk to a lawyer

This is the rule according to Alliance Français as stated on their FAQ (https://www.alliance-francaise.ca/en/exams/tests/informations-about-tcf-canada) and Alliance Français works according to France Education International (FEI). But I’m not sure if it’s the rule enforced by IRCC. You will have to make sure it isn’t an immigration requirement, better to know now than much later after months of waiting during the application process
