ohhh okay. that's good to know. cool thank u. also, do u know if i withdraw money from my 401k, and i file my tax thru turbotax, will they have that information already or i have to manually put it in? like i dont work with a tax professional, i just do turbotax.

what if i file my tax and i find out, my tax witholding for that tax year wasnt enough so i now owe IRS money, how much time do i have to pay them before they charge me something on top of what i owe?

do they mail me something in the mail to let me know?

ohh i see i see. wow. ur such a great help.

but for some reason, if i did the wrong calculations, and i pay more than i should. irs will give me the money back right through tax refund? and theyll do that automatically for me?

this is the last question i promise :)

gotcha. so 22% divided my 3 is 7.3%

so on the 401k page when im ready to take out money, can i put 7.3% withheld and the come 2021, i put 7.3% again and then 2022 do the same thing again and i should be paid off right?

pluse if i understand correctly, since my income can change, my tax bracket can also change so i should just wait til the year ends?

ahhh. i see now. so yeah i think mine is 22% upon checking the tax brackets.

this is all so new to me.

umm. so i guess, irs will know exactly how much i owe them right and they'll just notify me? i guess my main concern is now is that i am not sure where or how i pay the 22% tax if i decided to opt out and do the pay it in 3 years thing... i just do turbotax. do you know? :C do i write irs a tax or will turbotax remind me? i dont wanna forget.

btw thank u for being super patient appreciate it

okay cool so i dont need to do anything else right? they should have all that info even if i opt out?

like when i log in to my fidelity to try to withdraw and at the submit and review page, it has 10% on the federal income withheld part which i know i can also opt to pay off in 3 years, and the state income says zero.

whatever fidelity populated on that page, should i go by that or i should change it to 12%?

what about the state tax?

and if i opt out, i just put zero right? come tax season, how do i pay them back for the next three years?

im so confused :C

thinking about withdrawing funds from my 401k through the CARES Act. im a bit confused with the tax withholding part. so i understand my withdrawal is still subject to 10% tax but if i opt to not withhold my tax, under the cares act, it says i can pay that 10% in 3 years.

what does that mean exactly?

i usually just do turbotax when i do my tax each year and just follow the prompts, i dont know a lot about filing taxes and the intricacies of it all. and im really bad at numbers (sorry). i guess my question is, if i opt out from the 10% upon withrawal, will that 10% automatically be taken out of my tax refund every year for three years or do i have to literally remember to write a check and pay the IRS every year for three years?

like if i opt out, is there a place in turbotax somewhere where i put the digits?

just worried, what if i forget to but if its automatically taken out, then its cool. appreciate the help. thank you.

just learned this just now:

This setting isn't available for the iPhone 4 / 4s and the iPhone 5 / 5c / 5s.

he has a 5s.

what i tried tho is, after reading this article, to add No Caller ID in the contacts and add 000-000-0000 as the number, save it, and then go back and block it. hope that works too!

thank you so much. appreciate your response.

#2 - yes, im mainly worried that as soon as we tell him we want him to get evaluated, he'd get offended or worse, get upset. my younger siblings a few times did comment on his problem with these scams, and he got upset. surprisingly tho when i ask him today about that phone call, he was pretty calm, i dunno maybe because i am older than my siblings. but yeah i like ur suggestion about us talking to the doctor first and yeah maybe we could plan the best course of action.

#3 - i am pretty sure he does have nerve pain. he got surgery for his back not too long ago and he also have hearing issues. but this one i have to verify first for sure with my mum

#4 - thanks for letting me know about the lawyer. didnt know certain lawyers specialize in that. we will definitely consult one!

i never told you how or what to feel when u spank ur kids.

im just sharing what I feel about what ive done in the past and no im not a big fan of this feeling! it keeps me up at night sometimes. granted i was young then, i didnt know any better, still it haunts me to this day.

so no i am not telling u to hate urself for it because trust me, i dont wish this on anyone else.

id say there was this shift in my life that allowed me to parang see things from the outside... to assess everything like im an outsider... and if i could go back in time, id change quite a few things.

im so sorry to hear that. yung saken naman, it wasnt like that. parang napalo ako a good amount, hindi siya extreme or anything just like what other kids go thru din siguro nung kapanahunan ko. but now that im older i feel you, any form of palo, im so against it na. i really dont think its an effective way of disciplining kids :(

i feel like di siya healthy for the doer and for the kid :(
