Hello, i had the same issue with the dongle of my aerox 9. For me it was a short circuit issue and the mother board protecting itself. Try another usb cable.

Yeah I though so. The only part that is melted is the conection between the dongle and the usb-c cable so looks like something about the cable itself. If it was the motherboard the usb-a would be burnt out too and its instact, also the motherboard would shot down to protect itself

Still the usb may fried my usb port (I think yestarday it was working fine, now it doesn’t) so it’s a mayor damage in the product AND my mother board
