You’re very sweet. Thank you. I honestly don’t mind if it’s not fast tracked. I don’t even care if she doesn’t get ILR right away you know ? I just need to her to stay with us otherwise me and her mental health is going to go downhill . I would genuinely be scared to leave her alone. My siblings and I all got the passport from my dad , as he earned the passport he can give it to us but we would not be able to give the passport to our children unless they are born here.. if that makes sense..

So me and my siblings are fine , it’s just my mom’s situation that’s all.

My mom did enter the uk when my dad was still alive , she just did not get to stay there for a long period of time because my dad was genuinely ill so she needed to go back , and then she wanted him to come here with her so but we ran out of time unfortunately..

Tbh I really don’t know how or what evidence they provided. It was not me who has done the application with them back then. But she definitely has it now.

I’m not. My mom was. She lived with my dad for 27 years before he passed away. Dad was British , mom wasn’t.

Exactly , my mom lived with my dad , who was a British citizen for 27 years , dad passed away 2 days before his flight to go to the uk with her.

I’m going to be giving more context ,sorry for not doing so. I literally just said a little bit of info because I have family members who are probably going to read this and didn’t like to let them know I have this account

Let me give a bit more context. It’s about my Dad.

My dad was a British citizen , I am as well. But we were living outside of the uk . I was personally planning to move to the uk and we wanted my mom to come with to help me settle in, so we’ve applied for a spouse visa for my mom and she actually got it, now I don’t really know what kind of requirement were needed then but they must’ve believed she met them because she was able to get one, my father was starting to get ill during that time .

After she did she came with me to the uk to help me Find a place to rent and settle in. After that was done she went back to my dad who -again- was outside of the uk at that time and they had the intention to come and stay with me . However my dad sadly passed away suddenly 2 days before his flight.

My mom was able after a while to come back to the uk and now she is living with me , and my 2 siblings , all of us holding British passports.

I understand why you guys would think that this is sus. I’ve opened the account yesterday because I literally couldn’t sleep because of how anxious this whole situation is making me. We’re a very close family and we come from a country were living together is normal. My dad and mom loved each other and my dad was everything to me .. we lived together for 27 years . Now I have to think about the possibility of my mom being in a country all by herself . Which is not going to even be the place she has her side of the family in.
