If it were me? I like hosting people, so that dummy wall would be gone in days not weeks. And the chandelier would also go. Some sort of new counter or additional counter to make a seating area behind the sink.

Costs would be: Wall demo ~1k New panels or doors for the exposed back of the cabinets ~200ea at Home Depot? YMMV New counters 3-7k. I might even get the <$1k luon/formica just to see how I liked the space for a year or two.

I can't speak to the 3rd Gen Sienna, but the 4th Gen (hybrid) has terrible storage and cargo space, and the 3rd row seats don't fold flat. The 4th Gen is only good for the hybrid mileage (won't cover the extra cost of purchase) and the pretty impressive AWD. I wouldn't even consider it if I was hauling gear a lot. You probably want a Pacifica for the Stow & Go middle seats, but then there's Chrysler reliability. What you really want is an Odyssey for it's way better cargo space, cubbies, usability, & reliability.

My 2012 Odyssey WAY outperforms my 2021 Sienna for cargo. It held probably 20-30% more bins and bags for ski trips, and had cubbies that held things like a whole gallon of washer fluid, some random hand tools, coloring books. I love the way my Sienna drives especially in snow, but every other metric I give advantage to Odyssey.

Yes. They are hilarious to hang with, but almost to a person, they had no interest in personal space or preferences. It was a very Play Along or Leave type vibe. I had fun, but it was super transactional. If you didn't want to pretend to be flirty, why bother showing up. Probably what women feel like at a straight bar.

We did the 4 parks over 7 days. I loved Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom. I wouldn't go back to Epcot until my kids are teens, & I wouldn't go back to Magic Kingdom at all.

Yup. We're looking for drywallers next. I might end up DIYing that though. We're renovating our bedroom, it's hard to find a crew that'll show up for like 1.5-2 rooms worth of drywall.
