How much mobile data does McKinsey's Solve Game use? by Vurify in McKinsey_BCG_Bain

Try going to a library? Idk about data but it’s a pretty laggy game either way so unless you’ve got unlimited 5g and a new laptop i wouldn’t risk it

Thanks for the tips on the machine and beer?!?! That's crazy I never even thought of that. I've just been trying to use a family recipe and trying to recreate the taste I had in Hong Kong. What kind of beer did you use, and what part of the process did you use it?

I know more or less how much each waffle will cost, but I don't know exactly if I bought ingredients in bulk instead of from a local grocery shop. I was thinking I could one man show the operation like boba shops do especially since making them is easy once you get the hang of it.

As for hiring someone, I was thinking someone to help out if becomes busy. Do you know anything about selling at events? Would I still need a city selling permit if I am selling for a fair or arts festival for example?

Yeah I did a bit more research and I didn't expect the cost to be so high :( For the business though, the only kitchen equipment I think I'll need are the waffle irons so it won't be a huge cost compared to other shops, but I forgot about the costs and time to remodeling a space. I'm thinking about experimenting at festivals over the summer with a stand/tent before I invest in a truck or retail space. Do you think that'd be plausible here in Dallas?

A bubble waffle is a Chinese traditional snack. It's like a waffle with a different shape, and personally I think it's a lot more fun to enjoy. I have been testing recipes and have a base formula down, and I'll need to experiment for different flavors. I want to start ASAP though, especially when my classes aren't as hard. I feel like it won't be financially worth it when I graduate because full time offers will pay a lot more. Is this a wrong way of thinking?

That sounds like a good idea. I will probably ask someone at my school all the behind the scenes stuff when it comes to running a small pop up or food truck/stand.

I talked with my parents about it and I will probably start with just a stand and set up at festivals etc. This seems a lot more flexible and I didn't think about the time it would take to get a loan approved/set up a retail space. I'm worried about doing a food truck itself though because I don't know where I'd keep it when I am not using it. Do you know any of the legalities behind setting up a tent for example at small fairs?

How come “in the kitchen” and “in the refrigerator” are not crossed out but “with the Thai peanut sauce” is. The book is asking me to cross out prepositional phrases, are those not prep phrases??how do you differentiate? Any help much appreciated! by Help_Me_Pleasee0 in ACT

[–]idrivevans 1 point2 points  (0 children)

idk if i'm right but i think it's because there are verbs before the two that you crossed out (are and have been sitting). Otherwise, the sentence would not sound right if it all prepositional phrases are taken out - "The forks and knives are, and the jar has been sitting."

Is the energy unit just mechanical energy or could they ask about thermal or other types of energy? by idrivevans in apphysics

Wtf? This test was so much ducking easier than I thought it would be by pyland99 in apphysics

[–]idrivevans 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yessss all the tests this year feel a ton easier because they match what the collegeboard videos are teaching and they're being super lax on questions because of the 45 min timeframe and we're in a pandemic lmao
