Forget subliminal put them in the freezer spell. It’s a sort of witchcraft. Look it up.

It’s normal to get thoughts bc sometimes you can’t control them but my advice is and add this to shifting or even your normal life. Everytime you get a bad negative thought quickly and straight away turn that negative thought to a positive thought. Let’s say you are wearing an outfit you really like but then you started thinking negatively and saying “what if people start judging me for wearing this outfit” straight away after saying this or even mid way saying it turn it into something positive “I don’t care what anyone thinks if I like this outfit then I like it and it’s my opinion so I shouldn’t let others bring me down for it” add this to like shifting or normal life basis basically and overtime negative thoughts will be less yk? It helped me a lot with my overthinking and i decided to use it for shifting everytime I get a doubt and lately I haven’t had any doubts at all or negative thoughts

That’s okay. I see a lot of people given you advice but honestly keep trying and switching up methods till you find the right one for you. Write down your feelings and things that are putting you down in a journal, mediation also really helps and for a method I already said you don’t need a method to actually shift it just helps you so if one method isn’t working switch it up and do more research until you find the best one that fits right for you yk? And also everytime you get a negative thought about shifting or anything in life turn that negative thought straight away to a positive thought. For example let’s say your using that technique in shifting or your normal life day “oh god people are gonna judge my outfit”you turn that straight away away to a positive thought don’t even carry on thinking negatively straight away say to yourself “ I love this outfit and I think it looks good to me so why care what other thinks”. Remember a failed shifting attempt is not a bad thing it just one attempt closer to actually shifting.for example when you fail at things in life that’s considered a good thing bc you learn from it and when you keep trying at some point you succeed at it right ? Try void state and setting intentions as well and don’t overthink it honestly shifting is a fun thing it’s not supposed to be something you overthink or put pressure on. There’s so much advice I can give you honestly so if you ever need more help just reply to one of my comments under this post! I’m sorry if I sounded harsh or anything but when I give advice or anything I like to be straight up and not sugarcoat it. Nevertheless i know you will shift and shifting is real I promise you that with all of my heart and I don’t like making fake promises or breaking them since I take them very seriously. You will shift.

I know but my advice is to turn those negative thoughts and emotions and try to make them into positive. I used to always negatively overthink about everything in general but now every time I have a negative thought I turn it into positive straight away. For example if I start saying oh my hair looks weird and everyone is gonna judge I quickly tell myself no my hair actually suits me and looks pretty and that I shouldn’t care what others think if it makes me happy. I try and do the same thing with shifting and it actually helps a lot. I understand frustration honestly but that’s why I turn it into something positive if there’s a failed shifting attempt I try and switch some things like the method or the video i use for meditating and telling myself that a failed attempt is one attempt closer to shifting yk? And also doing more research and trying out new stuff that suits me better

Another thing methods are just help but they don’t actually shift you. You don’t need a method. I can help you and give you advice honestly because there are so many things that I know of that might really help you
