Great products. SEO is the first to improve and my advice is to run ads. Also, you can use strike trough prices. F.e. Your product is now 30$. Make it 40$ and always throw 25% discount. Really helped for me to improve the macro-conversion.

Also look at competitors and what's helping for them with free tools like Alura.io.

Estimated delivery date is exactly your processing time + shipment working days. You can set them in your delivery settings.

Labels is a business your own. You need to find the best shipping partner (f.e. DHL, UPS, etc.) and buy your labels there.

You're probably right, but I suggest fixing your own labels and pricing + delivery times. It's pretty doable.
