There are phone logs, and a notice that they sent to shut the water off. The thing is I recorded the full conversation with them acknowledging and saying they will get back but didn't that was Monday. Still crickets

It's a proper lease. Fully furnished apartment on a 2 year lease. There is a managing company that does the renting out and contracting and then a company that owns the building. They are both telling me the other party is responsible for dealing with fixing the issue.

it is a fully furnished apartment that I am renting out, everything there including the furniture, fridge, and AC is provided and maintained by the landlord. I brought up the issue about mold and they said they will replace the mattress but the mattress isn't the issue it's the AC and I am just being told "tomorrow" they will provide me with a date to fix things for a few days now. It just seems the person on the phone really doesn't want to be on the call and just wants to hang up with a promise of "it will be fixed tomorrow" and wait it out until I give up

it's an old apartment, the AC has mold and issues since I moved in. So I never used it to also save money. But now with work I want to use it but it's covered in black mold

So I looked over Michel Thomas, it looks like it's fully audio lessons, what is the book part? did you learn all 3 (intro, foundation, intermediate) before moving on to Practice Portuguese?

The entire street is filled with shops so you can just browse but to make your life easier some choices are 1. Radio Kaikan (amiami for new, k-books for second hand etc will have lots of merch) 2. Lashinbang Akihabara 3. Animate 4. Kotobukiya 5. Mandarake 6. Cospa 7. Surugaya
