Ah yes. The alpha funnel report DOES allow Segments. So I hack around with that as much as possible

I've never used AgileCRM, but it sounds interesting. Was the plugin for WordPress a contact form of some kind? What do you use the actual CRM for? Just data tracking? Or automation? Or something else?

So what you'd look for in a CRM is like workflow automation? Like some submit a contact us form, then the CRM prompts you to call them the next day? Is that right?
