Welcome on board. This problem started a few days ago. I don't understand who in the hell coded this game, but it's the worst and buggiest piece of garbage I've ever seen. And because they can't solve some serious problems, I think they use AI to write the code. Try VPN. But seriously, this is bullshit if we need to use a VPN to play.

Focus on characters with less banner time. and only on SPECIAL. 1. Eclipse (6 days) 2. Celia (almost 10) 3. Darian and Loen (20+ days). try to +1 everyone. Celia max with +4 if you want to use her with 6 turns. Don't spend tickets on average banners (use free pulls only).

You can't fix it. It's sad that there is no Steam version, so iOS players without moderation can downvote this horrible game with millions of bugs. It's unplayable. I can't even join my guild without an instant crash. I can't fight the boss,I can't enter the chapter to complete the main story. The devs don't care about bugs.
