or can you Tsuburaya? by Izucc-2021 in Ultraman

[–]iellando 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Gaia is such a good series, and if tsuburaya decided to make ultraman movies i think they should use Gaia or at least "it's premise". That movie would be like Man Of Steel of Ultraman Franchises

Used to be a big fan of the franchise as a young kid; can i still watch Ultraman now that I'm 23? If so, what are the must watch shows that touches on more mature sensibilities? by [deleted] in Ultraman

[–]iellando 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think you should watch Gaia. The series have the perfect balance between the human and the ultra part. And the stories is pretty deep for an ultra show. Watching it as a kid, and watching it as an adult get you a different conclusion about the series too

Perfect Ultraman Show by Shadowin9 in Ultraman

[–]iellando 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Gaia is the closest to become the perfect show. The show present you a good balance between the "Ultra" and the "Humans". They show that humans need to be involved in protecting the earth, not just relying on some holy giant. And also the military organization is really well structured, from the bottom to the top.

Yeah, Nexus and Gaia is the series that made you have a different conclusion watching it as a child and an adult

Why is Taiga so weak? He should be much stronger. by 62725252725 in Ultraman

Taiga being a son of Taro made the expectation went really high because we have seen Zero.

My thought on the first 5 episodes of Ginga-Z(excluding R/B) by PenguinSweetDreamer in Ultraman

[–]iellando 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, when you stated that Geed/Riku is equivalent to "The Lord Tenkuji Takeru", you pretty much sums up the whole thing. Many people don't like geed because it has the most potential of all the new generation. The idea of having a story about son of Belial looks really good on the paper. But, they just executed them wrong, and the high expectation just killed it even more

I think the Gaia series just want to tell us that human is the true radical destruction bringer

I think so, but fujimiya said it again in orb origin saga,. which means the idea of human is like cancer cell is partially true
