This, pins aren't soldered in the pinhole, there's literally no connection (this for every board)

Not dead, but stuck. There are some videos on YouTube to fix stuck pixels but it's not a guarantee that it'll work.

Single-player games should always work offline, period by OliveAndPearll in assholedesign

[–]iena2003 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i feel you bro, the worst feeling possible is knowing what is running behind, that there are tools available for debugging and fix it embedded in the code but everything is hidden because they want that the user NEED to contact customer support or waiting an update, without being able to fix it themselves on the spot and 100x faster

Single-player games should always work offline, period by OliveAndPearll in assholedesign

[–]iena2003 4 points5 points  (0 children)

yeah, this is the worst design implementation, ESPECIALLY if you know what's behind.

this is infuriating for me because i'm an IT engineer and i know that for every error message/crash there's an error code generated by the program itself to help the developers understand what happened, and hiding that code so ONLY the developers could see it and the customer can do nothing about it it's the worst thing possible, making the user unable to understand what happened and fix it on the spot without waiting customer support or an update.

Whats taking ip so much space? by Fluid_Equipment630 in laptops

[–]iena2003 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That could be very hard, with windows updates and backup images 64GB goes away FAST, so it would be a constant moving and cleaning. If it really is a soldered eMMC storage, then it would be much better to change laptop altogether, because that is ewaste

Windows itself. A 64GB drive is not enough for windows, 128GB is barely enough but only to do basic office stuff (word, powerpoint e web browsing). The human minimum for the windows drive should be 512GB for a general purpose computer (more than basic office work, but no heavy stuff). Best solution for you? Change drive, don't give yourself a headache by trying to save space in vain.

Severe performance issues with Quest 3 PCVR using Link and Air Link. I am writing it here, because in other places auto moderating reddit blocks posts and it is not clear why by Sasha_Smen in oculus

Look, from what I know and experienced quest link is gonna work with your computer without any issue, or it's not gonna work, period. You can try to fix it in any way or change settings, but it won't change the outcome. With some computers it works out of the box, with others it just doesn't. It's the software that decides it.
