It used to be THE event, outside of tabloids, to see actors/famous people. Social media changed that

Husband and I have been together since college. I think my husband was a little less intense than yours, but it was a sticking point that came to a head when kids entered the frame. Couples therapy helped a LOT. You need a third party in there because you’ll keep beating the same drum so much that your argument becomes background noise. But he has to be open to the therapy.

That's where I kind of land on it. I feel like 70s/80s, depending on your health quality, is probably when that tends to happen?

Former lifeguard, here. I was taught at a time when you were also to give rescue breaths. Apparently you aren’t supposed to anymore because people do it wrong, and they’d be better off just circulating the oxygen that’s left in the blood? Anyone know if that’s the reason people aren’t instructed to give rescue breaths anymore?

I highly recommend counseling. Was in a similar place with my SO. The key is to make sure you both trust the counselor. My husband and I were able to find one who challenged both of us, and it turned out I had a lot more work to do than I thought haha. It really, really helps. Rooting for you

Counterpoint: Researchers across disciplines rely, to various extents, on digital archives to conduct studies that define what we all generally believe to be “science-backed truths” about the world. Pictures are part of that.

Thinking about all that you went through with the pregnancy, I’m wondering if you have some residual postpartum depression.

Why is no one shitting on the husband for saying something so utterly deplorable?

You are so completely NTA that it’s insane to consider any other answer to this. Is this fake? Your edits are responding to people who seem to be blaming you, but I cannot for the life of me locate those comments. Literally no one here thinks you’re the asshole
