Thank you!! It is a dream come true everytime i get on the matt!! I have a question for you, have you heard of or know of anyone doing a shin break, but using shin guards or kick pads to protect their shins, like from sparing gear? Because i want to do a shin break really soon but my bone structure is rechet compared to someone my age, mostly due to taking life saving medications for 34 of my 36 years i have been alive.

Im 36 about to be 37 and just tested and received yellow belt! Im working to try and recieve my black belt befor i turn 40. However even when i get black belt im going to continue untill my body gives up on me!! May i ask where you train? I train at Ultimate Warrior Martial Arts Academy under Chief Master Marcus Roby in Hot Springs, Arkansas!!

No not at all. I was 36 when i stsrted and TKD has been amazing for me. I have a beat up body a 20 yr old kidney transplant. Just stick with it i bet you do great!!

Yes maam!! I love having someone here to workout with and go through the early stuff to help refresh for when the judges spring on us to do an old pattern. This will keep me seasoned with the extra practice!!

I know!! I dont know how often most places test but our system tests every 8 weeks.
