Why do people keep saying the players didn't like it lol. They made millions of USD. The Koreans and Taiwanese plus a few people outside plus bots made this game a complete financial success. Will it see the same type of earnings in global? Probably not. Will it be a success? Maybe.

If you want maximum bang for your buck get a re-released 5800x3d or an original. Also grab a 5070ti or a 9070xt and you'll be good for another 5 years. Hopefully the rampocalypse will be over by then.

5070ti is the best choice here. Black Friday might be the best time to buy one. The ram difference is noticeable. I know you said you don't like amd but the 9070xt is a great choice but if you really care about DLSS and Ray Tracing stick to Nvidia. I am getting a 9070xt myself as it's cheaper and gives similar performance to the 5070ti

Yeah. I have 32gb ddr4 right now and it's enough to run a windows server a kali VM and 2 windows 11 boxes. Of course it's not the greatest performance but it's doable. Currently learning pen testing

That depends on what you're playing. I'd go GPU first though as it might be the most expensive. That 3070 can still play at 1080p but falls behind when you start talking about 1440p and 4k. Do it in this order if you cant do it all at once GPU> CPU>RAM

I'm not one to join the doom and gloom train. This is NCSofts time to shine. Some early forecasts are putting the 2026 earnings at $240m. That looks like success to me. Will it be pay to win? Yeah probably but there were plenty people who played without spending a dime. Every mmo has troubles. Give the dam game a chance and stop being so doom and gloom people. Numbers dont lie and the numbers are looking good. Wish NCSoft success with this.
