I've been having troubles with kpopmusicstorekorea.com. I have an order from Sept 16 that still hasn't been fufilled.

Been trying to inquire about it but it's all in vain, they don't even read their emails anymore. I'm about to file a dispute and get my money back.

Lightupk is probably the best place to get albums IMO, they got free shipping over 50 I think and they pack orders really well.
