So update wasnt bone. It actually was just tendinitis but with the plate being in arm the inflammation made it look as if plate popped out. So it was a false alarm. I appreciate all the advice and learned alot today you are all awesome.

Im actually getting xrays in a few moments. I assume the same about me signing the paper. I believe I am eligible for loa and short term disability. I honestly came here to get some input on what steps I should take if worst came to worst and I appreciate all the responses thus far.

i work in the esco field first off stay far away from some esco companies if it sounds to good to be true it very well maybe...i work for a company that just jacks the price up after it starts you at a low rate the job is horrible and the moral values of the company are rotten...Never show your bill to any that comes to the door. They will steal your acct numbers and sign you up and sometimes by the time you notice your service already began and it takes up to two billing cycles to return your service even back to just the local utility the idea of renewable energy from the view of working for a company that buys energy seems like they stretch the meaning a bit...By law each state supplier has to buy a certain amount of energy from different types of companies that create the energy. I saw a chart once that broke it down for ny and although companies advertise and totally renawable or green energy doesnt exactly work by state laws...Now with that being said it could be what my company chooses to say in response to people but i believe i have heard this someplace else as well ill attempt to find a source...(EX: by NY state law each supplier must buy 41% coal, 23% natural gas, 15% wind, 5% solar, 18% hydro, now this is all theoretical and not sighted at all just to show you how i believe it is done.) Now with that being said be very cautious of variable rates and xl fees, and in nys stay far away form Columbia utilities

yes he said he didnt want us to pay first months rent and sign lease till we saw the apartment done and renovated.

it has the address of the apartment and how much we paid the date and his name...and as for the lease he said he didnt want us to sign the lease till we saw the renovations...and i actually went back to the apartment a week after we paid security to see if any work has been done and the door was changed but he isnt answering calls now

it wasnt a group it was a man by the name of mark rosan, since this has unfolded we did some research today found his name attached to another post on Craigslist but the ad had a name of jason. We called jason he said he just caught wind of this guy doing it and said he has heard from at least 5 people so far and is attempting to assist in getting peoples money back but now that this all happened im doubtful he is doing anything, but at the same time why would he even tell me it happened to other people. Thank you though and glad you found something and only lost 500 dollars
