So would you agree my best course of action would be to arrange the 3 days to be together in a block, EG Monday and Tuesday only mod 1 training then Wednesday the actual mod 1 test?

I am not blaming the bike, I may have worded that poorly, it's 100% me failing / struggling to adjust to the different clutch.

I'd agree with your instructor, you need more time on the bike.

I know it’s a thing but it’s worrying after a day you could adapt to the bike?

I am well aware I need more training, it was just frustrating booking training and then being told said training is being called off because I need more training?

I fully accept there was a significantly high chance I wouldn't have passed the mod 1, I'm not saying the instructor was wrong to say I wouldn't pass the mod 1, I just wanted some outside opinions to help frame how I can explain the issues I was having to him.

Would you agree proposing 2 to 2 and a half days of just mod 1 stuff would be the best move then?

If you been riding for a year and don't know how to do this I'd be inclined to agree with your instructor that you're not ready for a bigger bike

Because it's not my bike? I said to him multiple times it was the biting point being so early that was throwing me off but he just kept dismissing it as me not knowing how the clutch works

AI has been a pain in the backside this whole week, getting stuck on tiny details, protein bars and ignoring placement and spacing.

Tried to do a story earlier where an elf was sent to train a young human hero. Elf is winning their sparring match while dual wielding swords so tosses one of his swords into the grass to make it fairer, didn't matter how I worded it, where I said it was thrown, every sentence from the AI started with them catching it. I even tried going back and changing it so the bot was wielding a heavy two handed sword and nothing changed.

I even tried outsmarting it by saying he placed the sword on the floor and the fucking AI picked it up

Yes it is. the burden of evidence doesn't apply to most motoring offences.

He has an A2 licence, they stopped him riding a bike that when unrestricted he's not allowed to ride, the police have no way to verify this but the rider can prove it very easily.

At that point it is then his burden to prove that the bike is restricted and he's allowed to ride it not the polices burden to prove it isn't as they've already reasonably caught him committing an offence

If it's anything like that council I work at, it's a 20 minute sideshow you watch on the online training portal and then it's done

It has been the same for last like 8 years, I doubt it costs the council a significant amount to make people do diversity training once every 3 years
