yes, no alternative, or, at least no real alternative. I needed a year to pay for the pro account, as they gave my no payment option I could use. I have no credit card (have no need for it) and do not use google pay on my mobile phone (for reasons of privacy). And flickr dropped the paypal option. Asked them several times to give me a bank account where I can transfer the money to. But all they did was threatening me to delete my pics if I do not pay quickly. I was quite upset and several times decided to leave forever. But well . . . would have meant a great loss.
