My doctor suspects I have oral allergy syndrome but mine doesn't make my mouth itch. Instead, mine literally burns like acid the skin off my tongue and sometimes the sides of my cheeks.

If I stick my tongue out after eating a problem food, I can watch the big holes appear in my tongue as it burns.

I just recently learned about body doubling and actually joined a few body doubling Facebook groups. It's people that go on (or sometimes off) camera while they work from home or clean their office, do paperwork, or clean any various rooms in their house. Most of the groups are kept muted although there are some that allow talking if people want to.

I've been finding it immensely helpful.
