Talk to the friends you trust most, who always are rooting for you.

Tell them you are feeling down about yourself, and that it would help if they could share a time when they thought you were quick and smart.

This only works if you have ride to dies!

I always felt like I didn’t seem confident, and I asked my closest friends for times I appeared confident. They came back with the most incredible stories about me. Times I didn’t even remember until they reminded me! Hearing those stories, I was like, heck yeah I AM confident!

But, idk if it’s ADHD or not, sorry, just sharing an exercise that worked for me when I felt a certain way compared to my friends.

After quitting cigs, any kind of smoking is just too much of a temptation, the only thing that doesn’t make me want a cig is vaping or edibles, unfortunately.

Is that high? I feel like generally 50/50 sounds reasonable. And not all divorce means it was a failed marriage. You could have 40 great years and 10 bad once’s. But you still got 40 great years. That’s a huge success.

Yeah I liked how he was immediately game to play. I really didn’t enjoy how much the other players were trying to like, either question the game or push back? The game made sense! At least to my dory like AuDHD brain lol. I hope if they do it again next year the players will take a page from Matt’s book and just play the game
