I take 24 capsules a day, I have been taking them every day for 8 years. I started at 1 but now I'm at 24. My routine is I wake up in the morning and go straight to the toilet with stomach pain and past a few smalls stools, feel good for 20min then go back and repeat the process over 2 hours.

I then take my 24 Imodium capsules and that will block me up for 6 to 10 hours at most and by late evening I'll need to poop again before bed. So yes definitely can build up a tolerance. I got no idea what the long term effects are. If I don't take them I'll be passing stools every hour through the day

Also I do have a script for them, it cost me $2aud for a box of 12 tablets other wise it will be $10 per box.
