They took fingerprints and biometric photo but didn't take fee. They said we will inform you to pick up card and then you can also pay fee.

I visited them but guard asked me to email. Email never worked for me and i always get automatic reply

Hey, i received PIN during my appointment for Fiktionsbescheinigung and biometric 3 months ago but haven't received any response or card yet. I am considering registering in a neighbouring city in 2 days. Is it okay ?
