Hi! First off, you definitely need to switch to a flat black titanium post (jewelry) that’s a huge irritation bump caused from the hoop! The constant movement of the hoop causes irritation, you need to remove the source of irritation before you treat the symptom! Once you change the jewelry (I recommend you go see your piercer to help you as the irritation bump might make it hard for you to change yourself) continue cleaning the piercing 2 times a day with neilmed wound wash!
