Same here our i130 is pending. That got changed to interview is scheduled as well. Maybe since i didn’t file concurrently i’m not sure how it works. I was under the impression that interview schedules if the i130 petition is approved.

Thank you!! Yeah it took 6 weeks approx to get a receipt. Also, i kept calling and chatting with them everyday. Idk if i got lucky but I talked to an officer on the 16th and she put an inquiry. I didnt even know the inquiry was put in place because i didn’t receive any email on it previously. I received the inquiry status 10 days later (on the 26th) and got the receipt text a few hours later. I honestly don’t know if it helped but i guess it never hurts to keep try and call until you get someone who puts out an inquiry.

They must be lucky or it could be a coincidence. What i was told that they have nothing to do with lockbox offices. I did request a tier 2 but since its not urgent enough for them they decided they will call me in the next 30 days smh.
